Stretch / Strength

Flexibility and Strength is an extremely important aspect of dance training and the expectation of dancers bodies in regards to flexibility is ever increasing. In this class dancers will develop the strength to manage flexibility in order to help prevent injuries. Our combination of flexibility and strength training in these dedicated classes helps students prepare their bodies for the demands put upon them in their other technical classes.

This class will NOT participate in the year-end recital.

    Age 9-11

    8:15 pm - 9:00 pm

    Stretch & Strength Senior
    Age 15+

  • Friday

    6:30 pm - 7:15 pm

    Stretch & Strength Mini
    Age 6-8
